The London-based law firm that registered "The State of Israel", whose Active Beneficiary is The Knesset, was founded by Gordon Hausmann in 1981. The firm has represented many corporate and private entities in Israel.
Hausmann is a member of the European Jewish Parliament - Brussels-based NGO, that was formerly the European Jewish Union which was founded in 2011 by Ukraine oligarchs Ihor Kolomoyskyi and Vadim Rabinovich.
